NCSTAR PLATE CARRIER MED-2XL BLK

NcSTAR has the Plate Carrier Vest with PALS webbing for easy configuration along with removable shoulder pads with PALS webbing. The shoulder straps and side panels are fully adjustable to accommodate different sizes and to increase optimum mobility. Hook and loop panels are included on the front and back of vest to attach name tapes, patches and other accessories.
