3D printed monolithic design using a nickel based Super Alloy Haynes 282, the SASS (Semi-Automatic Sniper System) is one of the most durable suppressors on the market to date. The RD SASS Suppressor was originally developed for use on the M110/SR25 chambered in 7.62 NATO. The SASS is capable of sustained full-automatic fire if needed, while providing operators with sound, thermal, and flash mitigation. A light weight (non-full automatic) version is also available in Ti6Al4V. The SASS utilizes a forward venting monolithic design controlling cyclic rate while the assist ports reduce back pressure. The SASS is protected by a high-temp Cerakote coating, providing protection and a higher level of concealability.
